Richard who has previous hotel and stadium catering management experience with Liverpool FC, Fleetwood Town FC and General Manager at Blackpool FC. As General Manager of Catering for Rowley’s at Blackpool Football Club, leading design, set up and opening of the operation, responsible for all daily running, staff and the catering of over 700 guests within the various hospitality areas. Richard is the Operations Manager heading up The Villa at North End team.
Louise has over 25 years’ experience in the catering industry, working in the managerial positions for the last 10 years. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Louise is responsible for all FOH operations covering all departments – retail, match day hospitality and conference & banqueting. Louise is a great leader with excellent interpersonal skills with both – clients as well as 70+ TVNE employees 365 days of the year.
Colin has over 18 years’ experience in the catering industry starting out locally at Runshaw College where he had the opportunity of various work placements taking to him to Wales and London. After graduation Colin secured work in London and had the fortune to cook for British Politicians at the Houses of Parliament. Following London Colin worked at various hotels and restaurants around Lancashire before joining the new catering venture at Preston North End in 2008. During his time at North End, Colin has maintained a well organised and hardworking kitchen brigade that caters for up to 3000 guests weekly in a busy kitchen that requires refreshing diversity.
Latvia born Anete moved to England at the age of 19 after studying Public Relations & Advertising. Anete entered the hospitality and catering industry and in her 6 years’ experience to date has been presented with the opportunity to work at some prestigious venues locally and around the country and plan and manage many great events – from small and intimate dinner parties to gala award dinners with over 500 guests. Anete is passionate at what she does, she loves new challenges and is excited to explore where this venture will take the team.
